Supply Demand traders need a journal that captures both strategy execution and psychology. Here's what to track, what to look for, and how to turn your supply demand data into a genuine trading edge.

Supply and demand trading identifies institutional order flow zones where price is likely to reverse. The challenge is that zones look obvious in hindsight but ambiguous in real-time. A journal tracks which zones held and which didn't.

Mark each trade with the zone type (fresh, tested, or retested) and the timeframe of the zone. Supply/demand traders often find that daily zones work but 15-minute zones don't — but only if they track it.

Journal insight: track the "zone accuracy" — what percentage of your identified zones produced at least a 1R reaction? If it's below 40%, your zone identification needs work, not your entries.

Key metric: reaction-to-zone percentage. How often does price reverse at your marked zones? This measures your zone identification skill separately from your trade execution.
